Christianity Explored is a 7 week course that investigates the claims of Jesus Christ. Week by week course participants will explore Mark’s gospel and address three questions:
1. Who is Jesus?
2. Why did he come?
3. What does it mean to follow him?
This class is a great way to bring people to meet Jesus since it assists us to share Him with others. You don’t need to know anything about the Bible to come. You won’t be asked to read aloud, pray or sing. And you can ask any question that you want

Somehow the idea has developed in the minds of many Christians that theology, (which is really just serious thinking about Christian beliefs and the attempt to express them in an ordered form), is altogether distinct from real Christianity. The purpose of this course is to assist you in seeing that a good grasp of Christian Doctrine is not only helpful, but essential for every Christian. We will explore (1) How do we know who God is? (2) What is the purpose of the Church? (3) Why are the Sacraments important to a growing Christian? Come be a part of this 14 week course and see. Note: This is an advanced but not an inaccessible course of study. We are strongly encouraging anyone in leadership or interested in being in leadership at Christ Church to enroll. The cost will be $40 for a full study notebook and textbook. Scholarship help is available if the cost of books is prohibitive.

Acts of the Apostles? A better way to describe Luke’s second volume would be “the acts of the risen Christ”. He wants his gospel to go out to the ends of the earth, and neither persecution nor opposition is going to stop him. The mission on which Christ sends his apostles is truly Mission Unstoppable.
These ten studies take the reader through the book of Acts, examining the biblical text in detail and drawing out the implications for our lives. Click on the picture of the book to order one or just contact Katherine or Erick!
