Welcome to H2H (Head to the Heart), the student ministry of Christ Church Westshore! In Partnership with Young Life Bay/Avon Lake, our Senior Hi (grades 9 – 12) ministry seeks to develop disciples that are sent into the world. Our time on Sunday’s is an in-depth Bible study with discussion based on topics that will enable High School students to walk as disciples in the 21st century. We gather on Sunday mornings for an in-depth study and discussion of the Bible.
Bring your Bible as our topics this year will be:
- Winter – “Peace with God” (Romans)
- Spring – “Beginning with God” (Genesis 1 – 12)

‘h2h’ Junior High Youth Group (5th-8th grade)
Led by: Denise & Jim Hofelich
Our junior high ‘h2h’ (head to the heart) youth group ministry meets every Wednesday from 7 – 8:30 p.m. during the school year and once a month during the summer.
The purpose of this group is the preparation for Confirmation – welcoming all youth to join us in fellowship, friendship, and faith. Our study provides a solid Christian foundation in the Anglican tradition and fosters spiritual and social growth through: Theme Nights (Biblical Lessons), Fun Nights, and Service Nights.
