 ritual! All members of the parish are encouraged to participate\, and all 
 others are welcome to stay and observe. Candidate information will be prov
 ided ahead of the vote.\nWhat is the Vestry?\nThe Vestry is one of the 3 l
 eadership arms within an Anglican church\, along with the Rector and the B
 ishop. The Vestry’s responsibility is to care for the temporal affairs o
 f the church\, which include duties such as overseeing the financial needs
  of the church\, making sure the church property is cared for\, and ensuri
 ng that the church has all the necessary elements for worship. \nThe Vest
 ry is a very important role. We do not take lightly the commitment and the
  responsibility of being on the Vestry. St. Barnabas is God’s church\, a
 nd though we have been through a season of trials\, we believe that He is 
 raising up the leaders for the next season\, a season of harvest and growt
 h!
