Wednesday Evening Classes
Beginning Oct 30 at 6:30 pm, Father Joey will offer classes on the visual arts and their historic inclusion in Christian worship. This 8-session class is part of Father Joey's research project for his doctoral dissertation. Twenty participants are needed. Please contact Debra at debra@barnabasanglican.com to sign up.

During the sessions, participants will look at what Scripture says about the arts; how God uses beauty to declare his truth; the sacramental qualities of the arts; the difference between idols and icons, and how the modern church went from beautiful and visually rich sanctuaries to blacked out auditoriums.

Childcare is offered, as is dinner at 6:00 pm on these Wednesdays.
