Christmas isn't over!

12/26: Friends, we live in a hurried culture, always driven by what is next. Halloween had not even passed when Christmas displays were going up in stores. Now, just 2 days after Christmas Day, decorations are coming down as consumerism pushes you to make purchases for the next holiday. I want to urge you to be a rebel! The Christmas season lasts for 12 day, until the Epiphany. Take this time to rest in this time that the church calls Christmastide. Reflect on the incarnation of Jesus, God becoming flesh for the sake of the world! Keep wishing people a Merry Christmas, even if they look at you funny! Lets be counter cultural, and celebrate all TWELVE days of Christmas!
