Dana Lamb-Schaubroeck is an award-winning educator and Billboard Top Ten charted musician/songwriter. In addition, she is a published author, most notably as a monthly feature writer for Fayette Woman and for contributions to Chicken Soup for the Soul brands. She has worked in music ministry for almost four decades with most of her career in the United Methodist Church. Her roles have included choir director, organist, handbell director, children/youth leader, children's music and drama director, guitar choir director, and contemporary pianist for several churches between Portland, Maine and south metro Atlanta. She enjoys working with smaller plant churches and/or churches who seek to add contemporary services to their traditional worship. She holds an interdisciplinary education degree from Western Governors University, a master of music education from Boston University, and is obtaining her doctoral degree in curriculum and instruction with a focus on technology and fine arts from American College of Education in 2024.
She lives in Newnan with her husband Mark and their three rescue dogs Jojo, Oscar, and Rosie (known as Roo-roo Magoo). She works full-time as a public school music educator and is thankful to be a part of the St. Barnabas worship community.
