Pam grew up in Vidalia, GA. She graduated from Georgia Southern with a BS in Therapeutic Recreation, serving alcohol/drug rehab, physical rehab settings, and mental handicapped institutions before becoming a certified Special Education teacher for 17 years. She and her husband Steve have lived in LaGrange, Columbus and now Pine Mtn, GA since 1992 and have lived on the Davis family land since 1998. Pam and Steve have three children, two sons in-law, and five grandchildren. Pam and Steve have both served in many capacities in the UMC since 1992.
Pam left teaching in 2016 to serve in full time ministry. She served as the Director of Children's MInistry for Wynnton United Methodist Church in Columbus, GA. She has sensed for many years the call to attend seminary. In Fall of 2020 she received a full Gratia Scholarship to attend Asbury Theological Seminary and graduated in May of 2023 with a Master of Arts in Theological Studies. She has been patiently waiting for the Lord to direct her path in ministry and is excited to serve the families and children of St. Barnabas. She seeks to move into the candidacy process to become an ordained deacon in the Anglican Church.
